We are seeking energetic and inspiring fast food/restaurant leaders for multiple locations in the San Jose and Great Bay areas to take full charge of the entire day-to-day operations of the store.


Offering a starting salary of $22/hour depending on experience, with overtime eligibility. Reasonable weekly work hours, full benefits package and paid time off, also provided.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage employee hiring, training and retention programs that foster loyalty and commitment to performance excellence.  Develop and motivate individual crew members through on-going coaching and providing periodic performance reviews.
Accountable to run restaurant according to Togo’s operating standards/manual, including: making all Togo’s menu items to recipe; effective food safety controls; ingredient code dating; inventory ordering and inventory controls to reduce waste; effective labor scheduling; and working with key vendors.
Meet established weekly and monthly food/paper cost (%) and direct labor (%) restaurant goals.

3+ years of quick service, fast-casual or retail supervisor/shift lead experience
