Stone Street Tavern

Stone Street Tavern is a craft beer bar and restaurant in the Financial District with outdoor seating. We are looking for an hands-on leader with passion for building a strong team and creating dishes to wow our customers.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Menu creation with seasonal menu changes throughout the year
– Daily specials creation and execution. Changing daily
– Managing a BOH staff of approximately 8-14 people
– Executing volume lunch, brunch and dinner services/working the line
– Assisting with event menu execution/creation
– Ordering of food and other restaurant supplies
– Periodic Inventory
– Scheduling based on sales projections/working with us to control labor
– Assisting with P&L and labor reporting
– Managing porters and dishwashers
– Restaurant cleanliness, both upstairs and down stairs
– Training the staff to be consistent and capable
– Assist by taking photographs of food/beverage/staff/happening for our social media
