Sommeliers and Assistant Sommelierts at The Lobster Club
Major Food Group is hiring Sommeliers and Assistant Sommeliers for The Lobster Club in the Seagram’s Building.
We are opening the 3rd restaurant in the Seagram’s Building this fall and are in need of Sommeliers and Assistant Sommeliers.
Sommeliers – must have experience working with a large, complex wine list and a working knowledge of older vintages going back to the 50s. Must be comfortable in fast-paced environment.
Assistant Sommeliers – must have at least a beginners understanding of wine and wine tasting and be eager to learn and train how to be a Sommelier. Must have floor experience working in fast-paced restaurant dining room as a captain, waiter, back waiter or food runner.
