Baker and Production Assistant positions available
Padoca is an international inspired bakery on the Upper East Side, opened in 2015. We think outside the box for innovative flavor profiles for our only from scratch pastry repertoire.
We are looking for talented pastry cooks who share our passion for baking. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, and wants to expand their horizons. They have a positive attitude, good hand skills, are attentive to details, and are willing to accept direction as necessary.
Previous experience baking in a professional capacity is preferred, and we won’t turn away exceptional beginners who are driven to learn.
Ability to follow a recipe as it is written and deliver consistent results
Works quickly, cleanly, and efficiently
Early morning hours required
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
