Executive Sous Chef Needed for new restaurant in CT.  We are looking for a team player and good communicator, there is opportunity for growth.

What we’re looking for:

– At least 2 years of Kitchen management experience in high-volume, fine-dining restaurants
– Excellent culinary knowledge
– Friendly and professional work demeanor
– High organizational skills
– Team player
– Open availability to work days, nights and weekends
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Strong verbal communication skills
