This position offers a unique opportunity to create the foundations of service for an entire restaurant group, from the ground up.

Once the location is open, the Opening General Manager will oversee all aspects of front of house operations and guest experience, including staffing, training, inventory, and, payroll and accounting, again with the expectation that operational approaches and templates developed at this location will be carried over to other locations as they open.
