The Full-time Pastry Assistant will work directly with the Executive Pastry Chef, prepping desserts, savory breads and cakes for service, brunch breads and pastries as well as developing new recipes. S/he will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down the pastry station for dinner service and plating desserts. This is mainly an  evening position, with perhaps one daytime shift.

At least two years experience is preferred.
