The Bowery Group, owners of Cookshop, Vic’s, Rosie’s, and Hundred Acres, is opening a new restaurant in Soho.  This project will be built around our chef’s vibrant and dynamic menu inspired by the cuisines of Israel, Lebanon, and many other middle eastern and north African countries.  This is a great opportunity for eager and ambitious cooks to delve into an exciting and internationally trending style of cooking.  Our chef has a strong connection to the food from her upbringing in Brooklyn and extensive travels around the Mediterranean.


In keeping with the beliefs of this group, all our food is sourced seasonally, locally and from farmers and producers with whom we have personal relationships.   A chance to work with varieties of fruit and produce not available to many other restaurants in NY.  All meats and fish are sourced from responsible producers or caught wild with only the best practices.


The dining room will be convivial and energetic, with a bar program to match the food.  Join us in what’s going to be a fun and fast paced new project.  The opening is being pushed by our PR agency and has the opportunity to garner a lot of attention.  Get in from the start!
