Looking for a creative and experienced Chef. Works well with their staff and understands being a good leader. Looking for a game changer, someone who is going to separate themselves from the others.

 

Farm to table skills a must. Menu writing and costing skills, sanitation skills, leadership skills, training skills, organizational skills, punctuality, professionalism and ingenuity are all a must.

This is a very unique and special opportunity because our group is growing and there are many different options available as we grow including, a company owned organic farm, a boutique eco adventure and culinary and conservation resort we are building on the central coats of Belize, possible ownership and most importantly an opportunity to grow and create and express your creative culinary feelings.

 

The coast of Maine has a very impressive farming and culinary culture and we are looking to set ourselves apart from the others.
