We’re looking for an experienced kitchen operator who has a strong systems-driven background in high-volume catering kitchens. We are an industry leading event venue with an equal split of corporate and social business.  Our ideal candidate will be creative, excellent knowledge of current trends and ingredients, an excellent communicator who listens well and cultivates mutual respect with his team and has a respectful approach to leadership— we want to hear from you.

Ideal candidates will have a culinary education; however it is not required; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a culinary management role in a high volume catering/event company.
Knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards.
