The Manhattan Cocktail Classic is one of the cocktail world’s biggest annual happenings, with dozens of events over five days across New York City’s boroughs. But what sets the MCC apart from many other cocktail festivals is their focus on the industry. To that end, there’s a whole set of programming, dubbed the Industry Invitational, open exclusively to those in the bar, restaurant, and spirits trades, on Saturday and Sunday, May 10th and May 11th.
Headquartered at Convene Downtown in the Financial District, the Invitational, hosted by SAVEUR, includes numerous seminars, tastings, and events geared toward those who work in the cocktail world. Topics range from the business-focused (“Creating a Work Environment That Is Profitable and Productive”) to the spirit-centric (“The Untold Story of Tennessee Whiskey”; “Discovering the Craft World of Peruvian Pisco”). And of course, expect to taste plenty along the way.
$45 registration fee includes all programming for both days; registration closes May 9.
