It’s all about meat balls and monkey bread. Check out behind the scenes photos as Culintro takes on the challenge of producing two videos for Microplane. We bring you Daniel Holzman + Michael Chernow of The Meatball Shop and Nancy Olson of Gramercy Tavern.
Anyone that lives in San Francisco knows SF Chefs, the ultimate food and wine event in the Bay Area. Culintro was proud to partner and support the Opening Industry party this year at E&O Trading Company. We did our best to make a mark…and we think it worked.

Talk about the cream of the crop. Culintro interviews Paul Bentel, one of the founding fathers of Bentel & Bentel, the architecture “Dream Team” known for their breath-taking projects such as The Modern, Craft, and most recently, Le Bernardin redux.
Culintro interviewed Cass Calder Smith, known for his restaurant projects both in New York and San Francisco. Ever heard of BLT Steak, 25 Lusk, and La Mar? That’s him. Now Cass is tackling the ultimate project: creating warm and inviting environments in corporate hotels. No easy task! But, we know he’s up for the challenge.
Culintro and HD magazine hosted an exclusive panel discussion with America’s leading hospitality designers. We had the privilege of talking with Lionel Oyahon of iCRAVE, one of the most popular design firms for clubs, bars, and restaurants. Oh, did we mention that he also designed the new JFK Terminal 5? No biggie. Here’s what Lionel Ohayon has to say about the future of Restaurant Design.
