Responsible for pastry production and working service. Potential applicants must have great attention to detail, demonstrated pastry experience, a refined palate and high standards of excellence. The qualified candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication, organizational skills, works cleanly, efficiently, with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparations.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have 1-2 yrs. pastry experience.
• Full-time, must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Culinary/Pastry Degree preferred.
