Executive Sous Chef

Responsible for overseeing sous chefs, line cooks, ordering, inventory, menu development, expediting and working service. Potential applicants must have superior culinary skills, a refined palate and high standards of excellence. The qualified candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication, problem resolution and organizational skills. Must be able to develop junior staff members, work cleanly, efficiently, with respect for quality ingredients and careful attention to preparations.

Requirements:

4-5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant environment
Culinary degree required.
