MAdam's Apricot & Cinnamon Preserves

served over crushed ice with G'Vine Floraison Gin

2 oz. G'Vine Floraison Gin
1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 tsp. Madam’s Apricot & Cinnamon Preserves

Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Top with a spoonful of preserves. Stir to taste.

Madam’s Apricot & Cinnamon Preserves

16 oz. Turkish apricots
10 oz. turbinado sugar
12 saffron threads
3 cinnamon sticks
½ tsp salt
water to cover

Combine all ingredients. Boil until apricots are tender and glossy. Remove cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

The Perfect Gimlet

G'Vine Floraison Gin shaken with homemade lime cordial

4 oz. G'Vine Floraison Gin
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain and serve up in a chilled martini glass.
